Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Breast (one per person)
Swiss Cheese
Sliced Ham
Cream of Chicken Soup
Sour Cream
2 Eggs
Bread Crumbs

Take chicken breasts and pound them flat. Lay one slice of Swiss cheese and one thinly sliced piece of ham on top of each chicken breast. Roll each chicken breast up and roll in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs. Take each chicken breast and lay, seam side down, in an ungreased pan. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Heat one can of Cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 cups of sour cream in a saucepan. Serve on the side or pour over baked chicken.
