I love finding something yummy to do with the left over turkey. This can be made with chicken as well.
1 1/2 Cups Turkey (Shredded)
2 Cans Crescent Rolls
6 oz. Cream Cheese
2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
10 Tbs. Melted Butter
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
Mix cream cheese with 4 Tbs. butter and pepper. Open rolls, do not separate the crescent rolls, you will use 2 triangles for one pillow. Fill with 1/4 cup filling. Fold over and pinch the edges. Dip in melted butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
You can use turkey gravy, chicken gravy or a mixture of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup for a topping and it is really good!
