In a pan on the stove, melt:
4 Tbsp. Butter
Add
4 Tbsp. Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook together and add:
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Milk
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Bring to a low boil until thickened. (You can add some chicken Boullion to flavor more if desired)
Add:
2-3 Cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
Serve over Mashed Potatoes. Double for a larger family.
