Poppyseed Chicken

5 Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders
15 oz Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Poppyseed
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Mix all together and pour/spread over chicken. Crush up Ritz crackers (about 1-1/2 cups) and mix with 3 Tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until done
